Hiyaaa everyone! My name is Rena, I am a mom of a four year old son (with special needs), and I own ThePinkBerryStudioPH.
I am from the Philippines by the way. Actually, I already have been using my iCraft weeks ago, but this is my first time to post a topic here. Well, I canāt name my business āpinkā if my machine isnāt pink at all, right?
Kidding aside, these were some of the snaps I took while unboxing my machine:
To sum it all up, owning an iCraft for a couple weeks now has been a dream. I know itās not the most powerful or most expensive one in the market, but, to be able to cut more than I used to back when I owned a small cutting machine from another brand, itās really a game changer for me and my business.
I love how I can cut more in an a4 sheet than before, even if itās outside the print border/registration mark, plus, I can adjust everything from the force to the speed to what type of blade I am using, I can also easily add a material setting, create multiple tasks so I can just click start whenever one job has finished. Because of that, I am able to multitask, while waiting for the cutting to finish, I can pack, or eat, or watch, or play with my son, or just rest for a while, even browse fb or tiktok. I do not mind waiting for like seconds to a minute or so because I can do another job while I wait. I am also just starting my business so no big orders yet as of the moment and even if there is, Iād still prefer to use this.
Oh, and once you also get a hang of on how to tweak the settings for each material you use, or each project, I can confidently say that itāll be a breeze. Like, cuts are smooth, and no rejects. It is normal and typical for your first 1 to maybe max of 10 prints or cuts to be off or not cut through. I had a lot of rejects too since this was my first time owning a cutting machine like this where you can adjust everything.
I might share with you some of my works on my next posts. For now, I just wanna show how happy and grateful I am with this machine. Do you also happen to have some new things you discovered that iCraft can do that your previous machine couldnāt or has that the previous one did not have? Kindly share it here! Would love to read yours too!
Have a lovely day and happy crafting everyone!
