Today was the first day using my new iengrave. And boy am I frustrated to say the least. Ive looked for this topic on here- found one just like this- without the solution really. My iengrave has a cover to it. I have checked and rechecked everything. Firmware and software are up to date on all devices. WIFI is strong and cant get any better. The cover is secure. Ive tried using a phone as well as a computer with USB. AND everytime it gets to a certain point and says interrupted. The tracks and bands all look fine as well. Laser has been checked and no debris there either. Ive reset everything also. what else can I do?

What is it your trying to make and where do you have it located in engraver? Next question where is it when it says interrupted designs / locations? Photos could be helpful. And have you tried the old school turn off unplug restart I am guessing so since you checked the laser head.
