We have all seen the treat plate for Santa, so why not a treat plate for the Easter Bunny. The design itself is UVDTF. I painted the wood first, let it dry and then placed the UVDTF design on top. Then I got a tiny brush and painted each of the separate parts. You can use a cloth to wipe off the excess paint on the UVDTF transfer. It comes off really easy. I did have help from my nephews and nieces so it’s a bit messy hahahaha. After everything was dry I noticed the UVDTF was lifting in some areas, so I then covered the top with UV Resin and applied light to it to let it set. It came out really cute, the kids can’t wait to use it.

Most UV resins are not designed for food contact and may contain chemicals that could leach into food, posing a health risk otherwise, if you used food safe UV resin might be fine but again, please be cautious of claims that a resin is “food safe” without proper certification or testing, as these claims may not be accurate. This is my personal opinion and as a Chemist and your friend here. I love your design

Yes, I should have stated that UV resign is not food safe. Thank you.

I was just worried about the excitement of your kids using it, though. Maybe you need to do another version of treat easter plate without UV resin; your design is pretty irresistible for the kids not to use it!
